Having graduated from Clarkson University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Luis Pajuelo is an engineer-in-training practicing civil site engineering since 2020, with experience in residential and commercial land development, including septic and water system design. Other experiences include conducting site inspections for MS4/SPDES permit compliance, construction progress inspection for underground utilities, and certifying of septic systems and installed water and sewer systems, the development of SWPPP Reports for SPDES permit applications and research of GIS databases and regulatory requirements for site/project information. Mr. Pajuelo has extensive experience in utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D design tools to aid in septic system design.
