Private Parties

HLD focuses attention on homeowners who are building a new home, contemplating an addition to their residence, or contemplating subdivision of their land. Services include subsurface sewage disposal system design (septic system), driveway design, well design, drainage design, erosion and sediment control design, and services associated with the land subdivision process.
