Practicing in the industry since 1998, Dan specializes in civil and environmental engineering. He provides comprehensive services including project planning, environmental review, design, drafting, project management, and client relations. With expertise in residential, commercial, and subdivision development, Mr. Koehler has successfully obtained the necessary regulatory permits from local, state, and federal agencies for a variety of site development projects. Additionally, as a town engineer representing local municipalities, he brings a unique understanding of both sides of the approval process, ensuring seamless communication and efficient project progression.
