Beekman Town Hall

Hudson Land Design, as consulting engineer to the Town of Beekman, prepared site civil design improvements and coordinated replacement features with the project architect, prepared construction and bid documents, provided construction related requests for information and shop drawing review, and is providing construction observation and oversight for the Town Hall Accessibility Project located at 4 Main Street in Poughquag, NY. The project consists of certain improvements for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance, including new ADA parking, new sidewalk and exterior routes that connect the lower level of the building to the upper level of the building, and new ADA compliant ramps and railings. Hudson land Design also coordinated new building improvements, including wireless automatic door operators for ADA access to both the upper and lower levels of the building with the project architect. Other site design provided included lighting and landscaping. The project was completed in the fall of 2022.
