Tony Williams Park

HLD was contracted directly by the Town of Lloyd to develop a Master Plan for immediate and future improvements to the Town’s Tony Williams Park. The immediate improvements included design and installation of four new dugouts for the existing baseball and softball fields; a new garage facility to house the Recreation Department’s maintenance equipment; a new pavilion and related site improvements. The project required preparation of design plans and a complete bid/specification package consistent with General Municipal Section 103. HLD was responsible for contract administration and construction support services. Construction started in 2009 and was completed in 2011.
