Ready Coffee

Hudson Land Design provided layout and design of the Ready Coffee kiosk in the Town of Newburgh on a pad site at an existing shopping plaza. Site access was through the existing plaza main entrance with a modification to existing access to the adjacent side road. Utility design included water and sewer connections, as well stormwater connections tied into existing drainage conveyance systems through the site. The parking lot was regraded and new sidewalks were designed to promote stormwater flows and provide Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance through the pad site. Approvals included Town of Newburgh planning board for site plan, and New York State Department of Transportation for non-utility work in the right-of-way.
