Kerr Estates Master Plan

Project involves the development of a mixed use/ conservation development proposing 69 residential building lots, a senior living component, a destination retail component and a town park. Approximately 40% of this 114-acre parcel is being maintained as conservation area. HLD prepared several alternative layouts and evaluated options for water supply and sewage disposal for the Project, including consideration for construction of a sewage treatment plant. The project involves the design of approximately 1 ½ miles of new Town roads and several stormwater management facilities.
