416-420 Main Street

HLD provided site civil design for an adaptive re-use project that consisted of an existing building located at 420 Main Street in Beacon, NY. The project involved renovation of the existing building at 420 Main, with a building addition extending onto 416 Main Street. The mixed-use building includes a farm-to-table restaurant and café on the first floor, co-working space on the second floor, a spa on the third floor and a residential penthouse apartment on the fourth floor. The green space behind the building includes a public pocket park. Construction began in 2023 with an expected opening in January of 2025.
